Institute of Sales & Marketing ManagementGold-Vision has announced a partnership with the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM).
As the representative body for salespeople, the ISMM was considered a perfect partner for Gold-Vision’s stated on-going commitment to professional and effective selling.
The partners will be working together over the next year on a series of events and activities aimed to benefit and educate sales and marketing professionals.
This includes jointly run breakfast seminars on the topic of sales and marketing alignment.
These free to attend seminars will be held at The Institute of Directors in London on 12 June, Birmingham on 26 June and Manchester on 10 July. More information on these events and booking details can be found on the ISMM events page at www.ismm.co.uk
Gold-Vision is also set to sponsor the Account Manager of the Year category at the 2015 British Excellence in Sales and Marketing Awards (BESMA), recognising outstanding sales achievement. In addition to this the team will be exhibiting at the ISMM’s Successful Selling Exhibition in October.
“We recognise that The ISMM is the authoritative voice of the sales profession and we are very pleased to be able to work alongside them to help businesses achieve sales and marketing excellence,” said Charlie Shaw, managing director of Gold-Vision.
Shaw added: “Sometimes sales and marketing don’t feel that joined up in businesses that we visit. Digital marketing offers an enormous opportunity to enhance traditional marketing methods, and drive great, qualified leads direct to the sales team. But the reality is that too often, leads identified stay in expensive systems that are disconnected from the sales team and the possible immediate response is lost. Worse still, campaigns are designed around purely digital interactions or 'conversations' but ignore simple phone calls or business transactions. Our passion is to offer tools to truly align the processes, allowing sales and marketing teams to work more effectively.”
