Peugeot UK has launched a Business Centre Network to ensure superior standards for customers through the introduction of a new business sales standards programme.
The strategy has been implemented to support the extensive range of Peugeot product that covers small, medium and large cars, people-carriers, sports coupés and light commercial vehicles (LCVs), the widest customer choice of products in the Brand’s 125-year history, and to provide bespoke business care to national and local companies.
To become an approved Peugeot Business Centre, Peugeot UK Dealers must achieve more than 35 standards across business areas. They include ensuring that members of staff are well trained to achieve high levels of expertise, so that the Business Specialist can cater for all customer requirements, from fleet management to demystifying finance. In addition, there is a need for Business Centre Dealers to provide a wide selection of car and LCV demonstration and display vehicles.
From an after sales perspective, Peugeot Business Centre Dealers need specialist business after sales advisors and highly trained technicians familiar with the Brand’s latest technological features, and ensure customer mobility by providing a supplementary vehicle, with collection and delivery services.
As an approved Peugeot Business Centre, customers are assured of the highest levels of responsive service, while the Dealers can receive additional investment, support and training from Peugeot UK. To ensure these levels of service are maintained, every dealer will be subject to regular reviews in order to retain their Peugeot Business Centre status.
Nick Crossley, head of Peugeot business sales said: “At Peugeot we pride ourselves in ensuring that customers receive the very highest level of care and service tailored to their business needs. Our Peugeot Business Centre Network and National Key Account Managers are always on hand to support our customers. With a 'one business' attitude they provide up-to-date information on our products, prices and a range of services all aimed at best helping customers choose the right products to enhance their business requirements.”
“The Dealer standards programme ensures the highest quality of service across the Dealer network, so that our business customers can be assured of receiving class-leading product and service.”
The programme commenced at the beginning of 2014 and there are now 88 dealers across the UK recognised as Peugeot Business Centres.
