Pareto announces summer training course dates

Pareto has announced the launch of two new sales training courses for the summer of 2014.

Its Sales Excellence and Advanced Telephone Skills courses have been designed around the feedback of our delegates and clients, in response to the changing needs of the sales industry.

These courses supplement Pareto's existing portfolio to offer an additional level to help enhance the core skills of experienced sales professionals.

Advanced Telephone Skills: What difference would a 20% increase in call conversion rates do for your business? This brand new programme is designed for experienced individuals that have client contact over the phone but may be struggling to engage callers at a more senior level or simply need to re-invigorate their approach.

Delegates are asked to bring 50 live leads with them to call as part of three live sessions in front of the trainer, including a power hour for making calls  providing delegates with an opportunity to receive instant feedback and coaching, which could also result in an instant return on investment.

Sales Excellence: Designed for sales people with a minimum of one year experience in B2B sales, this course aims to build on and enhance your current skill set in questioning, building your value proposition, objection handling and closing techniques while looking at motivation (that can sometimes be difficult to hold onto in a demanding sales role).
