10am - 1pm: Sales workshop
Ideally suited to front line staff in retail or telephone based sales. Conversational Selling is about how to identify opportunities to introduce and sell your products / services to your customers. You will learn how to use a multitude of skills to uncover and consistently meet your customers needs.
1pm - 2pm: Lunch and networking
Attendees from either sessions are welcome to join us for lunch!
2pm - 5pm: Coaching workshop
Ideally suited to new managers or supervisors. Conversational Coaching focuses on best practice coaching applied in a pragmatic way. You will learn how to effectively coach your team in both informal and formal settings.
